When our team was first introduced to this property, it was an apartment in the heart of Warsaw that reminded me of an old page from architectural history. The lack of life and style was more than noticeable: walls that had lost their whiteness, cracked parquet that creaked with every step, and an outdated layout that screamed for change. The client was focused on a complete transformation — creating a space that embodied luxury, comfort, and modernity.

Client’s Goals and Objectives:

The client dreamed of a space that was not just a living area but a reflection of modern art and comfort. He required a place where every element of the interior spoke of luxury, yet maintained functionality and was practical for everyday life. It was important to use the space in such a way as to achieve a sense of spaciousness and light, while providing complete privacy and seclusion.

Materials Used:

Every material was chosen with care and attention to detail. For the floors, we used high-quality Italian marble with warm golden veins that added depth and played with light. Soft textile wallpapers with a subtle silk sheen provided a sense of coziness, while dark walnut wood finishes added earthy tones and warmth. All fabrics and upholstery were ordered from the finest European manufacturers to ensure not only aesthetics but also durability.

Design Concept:

My vision was to create a space where every element harmoniously complements each other, creating a sense of integrity and tranquility. The color palette remains neutral, yet expressive with accents of gold elements and distinctive light fixtures. Furniture was chosen with maximum comfort and functionality in mind, providing not just a place for rest but for living. Accents such as art objects and unique details make the interior unique and memorable.

Spatial Planning Solutions:

The reconfiguration of the space was a key element in creating a new look for the apartment. An open layout merged the kitchen and living room, ensuring a free flow of light and air. The integration of hidden lighting and mirrored surfaces visually expanded the space. The bedroom and bathroom were designed to provide maximum privacy and comfort, with areas for clothing and relaxation that ensure functionality without compromising style.

Technical Implementation:

The project was truly ambitious, and to bring it to life, a team of 20 highly qualified specialists, including designers, engineers, and workers, was assembled. All work was divided into stages with clear deadlines and checkpoints, which allowed us to complete the project in the established 8 months. Special attention was given to the integration of modern smart home technologies to enhance the comfort of the residents and the energy efficiency of the property.

Premium Brands:

Only premium brands were used in the renovation to underline the status and quality of the project. Kitchen appliances from Miele, plumbing from Duravit and Grohe, lighting from Flos and Artemide, and furniture from renowned designers such as Patricia Urquiola and Philippe Starck. All these elements give the interior a sense of luxury and impeccable taste.

Unique Features of the Project:

One of the stars of this project was the integration of the smart home system, which allows control of lighting, climate, security, and media systems with a single motion or even voice. Environmental aspects were also not overlooked: we used materials with high environmental standards and installed a water purification system to minimize the impact on the environment. The bathroom is equipped with a cascade shower with adjustable water modes, creating a true spa experience in the privacy of one’s own home.
