Prestige Renovation is a full-cycle renovation and interior studio based in Dubai. We renovate villas, apartments, offices and commercial spaces — taking each project from the first sketch to the finished, furnished result.
This is our team.
Most renovations fall apart in the gaps — between the designer, the contractor, and whoever makes the furniture. Everyone blames the other, and the client is left in the middle.

Our design team stays with the project from the first sketch to the final detail — visiting the site throughout construction, checking every stage against the drawings. The villa you approved on screen is the villa you walk into.
Premier 3D Projects
We design from scratch, or work from a concept you already have. Either way, you see the full project in 3D before a single wall is touched — layouts, materials, lighting, joinery. Changes are cheap on screen and expensive on site, so we make them on screen.

We specialize in a full spectrum of premium real estate renovation and design services, including comprehensive apartment and villa renovations, architectural design, interior design, and exclusive custom work.
A detailed quote usually takes 3 to 7 business days to prepare, depending on the scope of the project. To price your renovation or fit-out accurately, we need a finished design project with drawings and a materials specification. If you don’t have one yet, we can still give you a preliminary estimate — just send us the floor plan of your apartment or villa on WhatsApp and we’ll advise on the next step.
That’s a completely normal starting point; most of our clients arrive this way. If you already have a clear idea of the scope of work, our project manager will visit the property in Dubai, take measurements, discuss your preferences, and prepare a preliminary estimate within a few days.
Yes — Prestige Renovation is a full-cycle studio, covering everything from the initial design concept to handover. We’re happy to share a portfolio of completed interiors on WhatsApp or Telegram on request. For apartments and villas up to 350 m², design fees start at AED 160 per square metre. Larger properties are priced individually.
Yes, and we’re happy to collaborate. If you already have a finished design project from another studio or architect, we’ll take it on as the construction contractor and execute the renovation or fit-out strictly according to the approved drawings and specifications.
A full design project — concept, drawings, visualisations and materials specification — typically takes 30 to 45 days.
