This project epitomizes modern luxury, located in the heart of Lübeck, Germany. The building, initially in a pre-renovation state, was modest, featuring ordinary interiors and outdated finishes. Our task was to transform this space into a paradigm of contemporary elegance, blending functionality with refined design.

Client’s Goals and Objectives:

The client desired a space that was both spacious and cozy, featuring a subdued color palette with accents of natural wood and stone. The primary goal was to create an interior that would remain relevant for many years, merging classic elements with modern details.

Materials Used:

We used solid oak for the flooring, which added warmth and texture to each room. Italian marble with veins was chosen for accent walls, giving the interiors a touch of luxury. Matte glass and stainless steel were used in the bathrooms to add a modern and sophisticated flair.

Design Concept:

Our vision was to create an interior that harmoniously blends classical elegance with modern lines and forms. We aimed to ensure that every element of the interior not only met the aesthetic preferences of the client but also catered to their personal needs. The result was a space filled with light and air, where each detail—from the furniture to the lighting fixtures—was chosen with care and taste.

Spatial Planning Solutions:

We opened up the space by combining the living room and dining area into a unified whole. Glass partitions and strategic lighting zoning allowed us to visually expand the space while clearly defining functional areas. In the bedrooms, built-in wardrobes maximized storage space while maintaining a sense of spaciousness.

Technical Implementation:

The project was truly ambitious, requiring the coordinated efforts of a team of 30 professionals, including designers, builders, and engineers. The work took about 12 months, during which we worked closely with the client to ensure every aspect of the renovation matched their vision. Special attention was given to integrating a “smart home” system to enhance the comfort of the residents.

Premium Brands:

To achieve the highest quality and style, the project utilized products from leading global brands. Furniture was ordered from Italian craftsmen, lighting fixtures from a renowned French manufacturer, and appliances were the latest models from German and Swiss producers. This underscored the status and impeccable taste of the owners.

Unique Features of the Project:

Every project for us is an opportunity to realize something unique. In this house, we implemented a fully automated system for managing climate, lighting, and security. The use of energy-efficient technologies and natural materials not only reduced the ecological footprint of the property but also created an additional level of comfort for the client.
