Everything starts at the villa. We take precise measurements and go through what you want, what you don’t, and what you’re actually prepared to spend. By the end we know the project well enough to present a design concept.

The idea becomes something you can see: layout, materials and finishes, a full design project with 3D visualisations and working drawings — down to lighting and joinery. You review it, we refine it, and nothing moves forward until the design is genuinely yours.

This is where the numbers stop being a guess. You receive an itemised Bill of Quantities — every work item with its own rate, every material priced — and a timeline. NOC response times depend on the building and take from 2 to 6 weeks.

Works begin and stay under our control from strip-out to final finish, delivered by our own team as main contractor. You receive regular progress reports, so you always know where the project stands without chasing anyone.

While the villa takes shape, your kitchen, wardrobes and wall units are already being built in our own workshop. It saves weeks on the overall timeline, and the furniture arrives to fit exactly as drawn.

Final inspection is carried out together with you: every detail checked against the project, anything that doesn’t match corrected before sign-off. Written warranty on all works — 3 years.
