Project “Dubai Hills”

These apartments, located in the center of Dubai, were far from ideal at the time of our first visit. Worn-out surfaces, outdated finishing materials, and an overall feeling of cramped and neglected space greeted us. We immediately understood that our task was to transform this into something special — a place where every detail speaks of high style and exceptional comfort.

Client Goals and Objectives:

The client wanted to turn these apartments into a space that harmoniously combines modern style with touches of refined elegance. Specific requirements included maximizing natural light, using natural materials, and maintaining minimalist furniture with an emphasis on textures and details.

Materials Used:

We used Italian Calacatta marble for wall finishes and to create central accents, adding an element of sophistication and luxury to the interior. The furniture was made from high-quality oak wood, with upholstery crafted from fabrics by leading European brands known for their premium textile collections. Solid oak parquet with a natural matte finish was chosen for the flooring, adding warmth and coziness to the overall look.

Design Concept:

Inspired by the client’s desire for minimalism, we created an interior that speaks the language of modernity while retaining traditional elements. The main focus was on textures and materials that give the space volume and depth. We used neutral colors such as beige, gray, and white to emphasize natural light and visually expand the space.

Space Planning Solutions:

One of the main changes was reconfiguring the living area to combine it with the kitchen, creating a large open space. We also increased the window sizes to maximize natural light. In the bedroom, space was allocated for built-in wardrobes, freeing up the area and giving the room a more airy feel.

Technical Implementation:

The project involved a team of 15 people, including architects, designers, and builders. It was completed in record time — just four months. With the client’s requirements and the highest standards in mind, every stage of the project was meticulously monitored.

Premium Brands:

To bring the project to life, we selected products from premium brands such as Boffi for kitchen furniture, Poliform for bedroom and living room furnishings, and Flos for lighting. These brands are known for their impeccable quality and attention to detail, enabling us to create a space that meets the highest expectations.

Unique Features of the Project:

A key feature of this project is the use of eco-friendly materials and technologies that reduce energy consumption. Additionally, all the furniture was custom-made, making this project truly unique. We also integrated smart systems for lighting and climate control, ensuring that the home is not only beautiful but also functional.
