We present our project completed in one of the most prestigious locations in Dubai. Our task was to transform an old, outdated apartment into a true premium-class residence. Initially, the space featured dark and dull walls, worn-out flooring, and bland rooms. But we saw the incredible potential of this place.

Client Goals and Objectives:

The main requirements included:

• A modern yet cozy design.
• Bright and airy spaces.
• High-quality materials and furniture.
• Unique decor elements emphasizing the individuality of the interior.

Materials Used:

We carefully selected materials for each element of the interior:

• Natural oak wood for furniture and decorative elements, sourced from Europe.
• Exclusive textiles made of silk and cashmere for furniture upholstery and curtains.
• Lighting and decor from leading global brands such as Flos and Moooi.

Design Concept:

Our concept was to create a space that combines modern style with maximum comfort. We opted for light shades for walls and furniture to visually expand the space and make it brighter and airier. Special attention was given to lighting—soft, diffused light creates a cozy atmosphere, and designer lamps serve as striking accents.

Space Planning Solutions:

We drastically changed the apartment layout to make it more functional and convenient:

• Combined the kitchen and living room to create a spacious area for relaxation and entertaining guests.
• Added a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom to the bedroom for maximum comfort.
• Installed floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize natural light.

Technical Implementation:

The project involved a team of 20 people and took 6 months to complete. We used the latest technologies and materials to ensure high-quality work and durability of all interior elements.

During the renovation, we used products from premium brands such as:

• Flos and Moooi for lighting.
• Poliform for furniture.
• Dedar and Rubelli for textiles.
• Fantini for bathroom fixtures.
