Project “Bluewaters 3 Bedrooms”
These 3-bedroom apartments in Bluewaters Residences started as standard units, lacking personality. However, we saw the potential to transform them into a space that perfectly combines modern technology with stylish design. Our goal was to create a home where every element emphasizes comfort, elegance, and a premium quality of life.
Client’s Goals and Requirements:
The client envisioned bright, spacious apartments with an open layout, fully integrated with the surrounding views. Key requirements included floor-to-ceiling windows, a modern kitchen equipped with high-end appliances, and spacious bedrooms with well-thought-out storage solutions.
Materials Used:
We used high-quality matte-finished oak for the walls and flooring, adding warmth and coziness to the interior. The kitchen was designed with a sleek, minimalist style and fitted with premium modern appliances. The bathrooms were finished with durable Italian marble, while the built-in furniture was crafted from materials by leading European manufacturers.
Design Concept:
We created a modern and functional interior, focusing on simplicity and naturalness. Neutral tones of gray, beige, and white establish a serene atmosphere, while large windows flood the space with light. Special attention was given to textures and details to ensure the interior appears elegant and dynamic.
Space Planning Solutions:
The living room was combined with the kitchen to create a spacious open area. A large balcony became a natural extension of the lounge space, offering panoramic views. The bedrooms were fitted with built-in wardrobes, maintaining a sense of openness and free-flowing space.
