Marble installation in Dubai starts from 350 AED per m². We lay natural stone on floors, walls, staircases, countertops and splashbacks in premium villas and apartments — with slab selection and dry layout, installation on white adhesive, grinding, polishing and crystallisation. In Dubai’s climate marble lasts for decades — on one condition: correct installation. This is where stone forgives fewer mistakes than any other material.
Labour rates (stone not included), Prestige Renovation 2026 price list.
The stone itself is charged separately: Iranian marble — from 250 AED/m², European — from 1,000 AED/m². Full renovation and materials price list — here.
Marble is the most popular flooring in Dubai’s premium villas and apartments — and not just for status. In the local climate the stone is practical: it stays cool, isn’t troubled by the sand that scratches parquet and laminate, and lasts for decades. The only condition for longevity is correct installation. Here the quality of the work is visible against the light, literally.
Travertine is one of the most on-trend materials in Dubai interiors in 2026: a warm natural tone, soft texture, a sense of quiet luxury. Iranian travertine is especially popular in Dubai — from 350 AED per m². But before choosing, it’s worth honestly weighing two options: natural travertine and travertine-look porcelain.
Why we more often recommend travertine-look tile in Dubai. In the local high-humidity climate and in wet zones (bathrooms, kitchens), the porosity of natural travertine becomes a problem: it absorbs water and staining liquids, and the cavities collect dirt. Travertine-look porcelain gives the same “warm stone” effect without the weak points — it’s non-porous, doesn’t stain, doesn’t scratch and needs no maintenance. Natural travertine makes sense where it’s the real stone that matters and there’s no constant contact with water — for example, on an accent wall in the living room. We’ll help you choose for your zone and install both options.
Many people lay marble. The difference shows — and here’s where it lies.
Natural stone doesn’t repeat: two slabs from one batch can differ in tone and pattern. We lay the slabs out dry and agree the plan — where each goes and how the veining connects.
Light marble is partly translucent. Laid on grey adhesive, it “darkens” in patches within months as the base shows through. We use white Mapei adhesives designed for natural stone.
A difference of more than 2 mm over a two-metre level and the polished surface develops “steps” between slabs. We level and prime the screed before installation, rather than compensating with adhesive thickness.
The finish that separates a level marble floor from “marble tile”: we grind the surface into a single plane, removing micro-differences at the joints, then polish and crystallise it — that mirror reflection.
Marble is a porous stone. Sealing closes the pores against moisture and staining liquids: spilled coffee stays on the surface instead of soaking in as a stain.
Precise cutting and shaping of marble for complex architectural elements — on our own equipment with diamond tooling. Restoration of stone surfaces too.
We clean the surface of dirt, level and prime the screed — without this a polished floor “steps” between slabs.
We choose the marble type, lay the slabs out dry, cut to size on diamond-surface equipment and match the veining pattern.
We lay the marble on premium white adhesive and waterproofing compounds (Mapei), so light stone doesn’t darken from the base.
We grout the joints, grind the surface into a single plane, polish to a mirror shine and crystallise. The finish — protective sealing.
Marble installation is from 350 AED per m² (labour). Large-format slabs — from 400 AED/m². Grinding and polishing — from 60 AED/m², crystallisation — from 40 AED/m². The stone itself is charged separately: Iranian from 250 AED/m², European from 1,000 AED/m².
Light marble is partly translucent. On grey adhesive it darkens in patches within a few months as the base shows through. That’s why natural stone is laid only on white adhesives designed specifically for marble (Mapei).
Crystallisation is a finishing treatment after grinding and polishing that densifies the stone’s surface and gives that mirror reflection. Without it the surface looks like “marble tile” rather than a single marble floor.
Yes, it’s one of the best coverings for the local climate: marble stays cool, isn’t troubled by the sand that scratches parquet and laminate, and lasts for decades with correct installation and protective sealing.
For bathrooms, kitchens and high-traffic areas in Dubai we more often recommend travertine-look porcelain: it’s visually indistinguishable from natural stone but non-porous — it doesn’t absorb water or stains, doesn’t scratch and needs no sealing. Natural Iranian travertine (from 350 AED/m²) suits areas where the real stone matters and there’s no constant water contact.
Yes. Beyond floor and wall installation, we fabricate and fit countertops, windowsills, splashbacks and staircases in natural stone, with precise cutting on our own equipment. Countertops, windowsills and splashbacks turnkey — from 10,000 AED.

Evgeny Nesterov
The company carried out the marble finish for the bathroom and lavatory. Everything was done carefully and without haste: the walls, floor, and built-in elements were perfectly fitted. I particularly appreciated that the team took care of purchasing and delivering the materials themselves, with transparent reporting throughout. The work was completed on time, and the result was impressive.

Although the history of its creation dates back 100 years, loft style stays relevant today. It first appeared in the 20s of the XX century in America, when, during the Great Depression, the owners of large factories were forced to leave their premises...

Provence style in the interior – a nice charm of the French province, located on the Mediterranean coast. It emerged in the eighteenth century, when the elite of France started to move away from the pompous atmosphere that was inherent in the Baroque and other historical trends.
