How We Work — Six Stages, One Team
From the first conversation to the day you walk in, your project stays with one team that answers for all of it.
First Meeting & Brief · 1–3 days
Everything starts with your space and how you actually live in it.
We visit the property, take precise measurements, and listen — to what you want, what you don’t, and what your budget really is. By the end of this stage we understand the project well enough to be honest with you about what’s possible.
Design & Concept · 2–4 weeks
Here the idea becomes something you can see.
We prepare the layout, select materials and finishes, and develop a detailed design project — down to lighting, joinery and the small details that decide how a space feels. You review, we refine, and nothing moves forward until the concept is genuinely yours.
Estimate, Contract & Approvals · 1–2 weeks
This is where we remove the risk. You get a transparent, itemised budget and a clear timeline — both committed in writing before a single wall is touched.
For Dubai properties we also handle the paperwork most clients dread: building NOCs, permits and developer approvals. We prepare and submit the packages so your project starts legally and cleanly.
Renovation & Fit-Out · from 8 weeks, depending on scope
The works begin — and stay under our control from demolition to finishing.
We keep you updated with regular progress reports, so you always know exactly where your project stands without having to chase anyone.
Custom Joinery & Furniture · runs in parallel · 4–8 weeks in production
While the space takes shape, your bespoke pieces are being built in our own production — kitchens, wardrobes, wall units, tailored to the millimetre.
This is where full-cycle pays off: furniture designed for your space, made by the same team that renovated it, arriving to fit exactly as planned. No mismatched deliveries, no coordination from your side, no stress.
Handover & Beyond · 2–3 days + warranty period
We don’t hand over a space until it feels finished — not just cleared of tools. We walk through it with you, check every detail against the project, and address anything that isn’t right. And because we build to last, we stand behind our work long after the keys are back in your hands.
