Project “Black and Gold”
CONTENTS
“Black and Gold” is a premium-class apartment located in the heart of Munich. The original state of the property was a typical residential space without distinctive stylistic features. The challenge was to create an interior that combines modernity, luxury, and functionality.
Client Goals and Objectives:
The client wanted a space that blended elegance with modern comfort technologies. Particular attention was paid to creating spacious areas with integrated smart home systems.
Materials Used:
The renovation utilized high-quality materials: Valhalla dark wood and Italian marble for the floors and walls. Fixtures and plumbing were selected from the latest collections of European manufacturers.
Design Concept:
The design is executed in subdued dark tones with gold accents, creating a sense of luxury and refinement.
Layout Solutions:
The space was completely reimagined to create an open living area by combining the living room and kitchen, as well as a spacious bedroom zone with an integrated bathroom.
Technical Implementation:
A team of 20 specialists worked on the project for 5 months, adhering to all the technical and design requirements specified by the client.
Premium Brands:
The interior features products from leading global manufacturers, enhancing the luxury and exclusivity of the apartment. Kitchen appliances from Miele, lighting solutions from Artemide, and plumbing from Duravit contribute not only functionality but also aesthetic value to the design.
Unique Features of the Project:
The “Black and Gold” project features custom design solutions such as a concealed lighting system that creates the illusion of a floating ceiling and high-end integrated wall audio systems. The use of natural materials such as solid oak and natural stone, combined with advanced climate and lighting control technologies, provides both aesthetic pleasure and functional comfort.
OUR INVOLVEMENT:
The renovation works were conducted in accordance with the design project developed by Prestige Renovation LLC. The photographs display the completed project, executed by our construction partner.
