“Elegant Minimalism” is a project executed in an exclusive residential area of Berlin, where the challenge was to create a refined and functional space for a modern family. The original apartment had a traditional layout with separate rooms, which required rethinking to achieve a sense of space and light.

Client Goals and Objectives:

Develop a design that combines functionality for everyday life with elegance for hosting guests. An important aspect was to create a harmonious and calm space that would be both contemporary and timeless.

Materials Used:

The project utilized high-quality natural materials, such as marble for kitchen countertops and bathrooms, and natural wood for flooring, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Design Concept:

The main focus is on the cleanliness of lines and soft color shades, which together create a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The design is adorned with elegant artworks and modern light fixtures, adding charm to the interior.

Layout Solutions:

The space is organized so that the living room, dining room, and kitchen flow smoothly into each other, creating an ideal space for communication and entertainment. Bedrooms and bathrooms are designed to provide maximum privacy and comfort.

Technical Implementation:

Advanced smart home systems for controlling lighting, climate, and security ensure not only comfort but also energy efficiency.

The project features products from premium brands:

1. Kitchen appliances and household technology from Miele and Gaggenau, known for their innovations and quality.
2. Plumbing from Villeroy & Boch and Duravit, offering elegant and modern solutions for bathrooms.
3. Lighting systems from Flos and Artemide, which add a contemporary and stylish look to the interior.
4. Furniture from Poliform and B&B Italia, representing simplicity and comfort in every detail.
5. Door and window solutions from Reynaers Aluminum, combining functionality and aesthetics in exterior elements.
6. Smart home – control and automation systems from Crestron, providing convenience and a high level of control over the living environment.

These brands were carefully selected to meet the clients’ demands for high quality, durability, and aesthetic appeal, as well as to emphasize the status and exclusivity of the project.

Unique Features of the Project:

Innovative design solutions were applied in the apartment to maximize natural light, including concealed light sources and fully glass walls, which not only improve lighting but also expand the space, creating a sense of unity with the surrounding nature. The use of mirrored and glossy surfaces adds depth to the interior and enhances the spacious effect.
