This project encompassed a complete renovation of a premium apartment located in one of Berlin’s prestigious districts. Initially, the property was in a dilapidated state with outdated floor coverings, worn-out walls without finishes, and no furniture. The space required the creation of a modern, functional, and luxurious interior that meets the high standards of the owner.

Client Goals and Objectives:

The client aimed to create an elegant and prestigious space where every detail emphasizes the owner’s status. Key requirements included the integration of high-quality materials, modern technology, and original design solutions.

Materials Used:

Natural oak parquet flooring and handmade carpets were used for the floors. Walls were adorned with natural wood and stone panels from Italy. The soft furnishings were covered with exclusive fabrics, and the curtains were made of natural silk.

Design Concept:

The interior design aimed to achieve a balance between modern classic and restrained luxury. Each room was designed to showcase attention to detail, simplicity of forms, and material quality.

Layout Solutions:

The decision was made to combine the living room and kitchen space to create an open and bright setting. Zoned spaces for relaxation and entertaining guests were introduced, increasing the functionality of the dwelling.

Technical Implementation:

The project involved 20 specialists, including designers and builders. The renovation took 5 months, utilizing advanced construction technologies and methods.

Premium Brands:

The interior features products from brands such as Fendi Casa, Roberto Cavalli Home, and Swarovski.

Unique Features of the Project:

In addition to the characteristics mentioned above, the project incorporated a heat recovery system, allowing efficient energy use and maintaining an ideal microclimate at minimal cost. Handcrafted elements from local artisans were actively used in the interior, giving each room a unique and distinctive character. For enhanced comfort, all bathrooms were equipped with underfloor heating and state-of-the-art water purification systems.
