Why our render matches reality

The biggest problem with a beautiful design project is when it can’t be reproduced in real life. With studios that have no production or construction of their own, the finished interior always differs from the renders. With us, it doesn’t.

We build the project ourselves

We design and build as one team. The designer doesn’t “draw a dream” — they design what we’ll actually build, accounting for engineering, developer rules and timelines.

Direct work with suppliers

We source the materials, furniture, lighting and sanitaryware from the project ourselves, directly. What’s in the visualisation is genuinely available and arrives on site — not swapped for an “equivalent”.

Our own materials and furniture production

We make the cabinet furniture from the project at our own facility, to the same drawings. Kitchen, wardrobes and wall panels fit exactly as designed, down to the millimetre.

Because we handle the design, the procurement and the construction, the finished interior matches the approved visualisation. You get exactly what you saw on screen.

Brief and measurement

A 3D measurement of the space with modern equipment and a brief captured interview-style — we record your wishes, scenarios and budget.

Layout solution

We prepare 2–3 layout options and refine them until we find the ideal one for your way of living.

Concept and 3D visualisation

We select the style and colour scheme, build a detailed 3D model in Revit BIM and show you how the interior will look.

Working project

We develop the full set of working drawings based on the visualisation, accounting for all codes and engineering.

Materials selection and estimate

We select premium materials, furniture and equipment, prepare specifications and a detailed Bill of Quantities with the final cost.

Design supervision during construction

The designer oversees the build and makes sure the result matches the project down to the smallest detail.
