Project “Pine Resonance”
CONTENTS
This property is an exclusive residential home located in the forested area of Kyiv. Initially, before the commencement of the work, the mansion was an abandoned building with an outdated design and unsatisfactory state of utilities. The goal of the renovation was to create a modern premium-class dwelling with the latest trends in architecture and design, as well as maximum integration into the surrounding landscape.
Client Goals and Objectives:
The client desired to create an interior that harmoniously combines elements of nature and modern design, with maximum natural light and open space to visually unite the interior and exterior.
Materials Used:
The renovation employed only the highest quality natural materials: thermally treated wood for external finishes, natural stone for landscaping, Italian marble for interior works, and exclusive textile solutions for decorating interiors.
Design Concept:
The design is based on the idea of combining contemporary aesthetics with natural elegance. Spacious, light-filled rooms with panoramic windows provide a visual unity with nature and fill the space with light.
Layout Solutions:
The layout was reimagined to facilitate easy circulation between the indoor and outdoor spaces, creating additional areas for relaxation and entertainment.
Technical Implementation:
The project involved 25 specialists from various fields. The work took 8 months, including a complete replacement of utilities and restructuring.
Premium Brands:
The project utilized products and solutions from brands such as Minotti (furniture), Boffi (kitchen equipment), and Bang & Olufsen (audio systems).
Unique Features of the Project:
Special attention was given to creating harmony with the surrounding nature. Eco-friendly materials such as natural stone and wood were used, which will only enhance their visual and operational qualities over time. The application of modern smart home technologies enabled the integration of automation systems, climate control, and security, ensuring the highest level of comfort and convenience for the owners.
OUR INVOLVEMENT:
